Accessibility Statement for SATIGO Limited

This accessibility statement applies to the digital services and platforms developed and maintained by Satigo, a UK-based technology services provider working in partnership with public sector bodies.

We are committed to making all our digital services and platforms accessible, in accordance with Public Sector Accessibility Regulations 2018, and the Equality Act 2010.

Compliance Status

Our aim is to ensure our services meet WCAG 2.1 AA standards, as set out in the accessibility regulations.

Where we support websites, apps, or other platforms on behalf of public sector clients, we work to ensure they are fully compliant, unless a specific exemption applies (e.g. disproportionate burden or archive content outside the scope of the regulations).

How Accessible Are Our Services?

We strive to ensure:

  • Clear structure and headings across all pages
  • Full keyboard navigation
  • Compatibility with screen readers (e.g. JAWS, NVDA, VoiceOver)
  • Resizable text and responsive layouts
  • Descriptive link text and alt text for images
  • Colour contrast meets or exceeds WCAG 2.1 AA thresholds

However, some content or third-party components may not yet be fully accessible. Known issues may include:

  • PDF or Word documents not fully tagged for screen reader use
  • Dynamic components (e.g. complex forms or interactive elements) that may have keyboard navigation issues
  • Older content or archived pages that fall outside the current compliance requirements

We are working to resolve these issues as part of our continuous improvement strategy.

We carry out the following to ensure accessibility:

  • Regular internal and external accessibility audits
  • Accessibility reviews during design and development
  • Remediation planning for non-compliant components
  • Staff training on inclusive design and development
  • Use of automated and manual testing tools (e.g. Axe, WAVE, Lighthouse)
