Our Social Mission
NINE by SATIGO is committed to delivering meaningful social value alongside our recruitment services. We recognise that access to opportunity is not equal, and we actively work to reduce barriers faced by underrepresented groups through practical, skills-based and community-led initiatives.

Our approach focuses on long-term impact, supporting individuals to build confidence, capability and sustainable career pathways — particularly in technology and regulated sectors.

Skill Development
We believe education and exposure are critical to widening opportunity. We deliver targeted workshops focused on professional skills, career readiness and confidence building.

Our mentoring programmes provide structured support for individuals from underrepresented backgrounds who are seeking entry into, or progression within, the workforce. These programmes focus on practical guidance, realistic pathways and sustained engagement.

A key strand of this work supports women and young people entering technology and digital careers. In partnership with St Mary’s School, we deliver workshops that introduce young women to technology careers, provide visible role models and demystify access into the sector.

Building Stronger Communities
We believe strong organisations are built within strong communities. Our social value activity is grounded in long-term relationships with local charities, schools and community organisations, focusing on practical support rather than short-term initiatives.

Through structured partnerships, we support programmes that address isolation, skills gaps and access to opportunity. This includes contributing time, expertise and resource to initiatives that have a measurable and sustained impact on individuals and families.

We work with Spring Community Hub to support families experiencing hardship, contributing to initiatives that provide essential resources, community connection and dignity during periods of increased need. These programmes are designed to strengthen local resilience and support wellbeing at a community level.

Our partnership with Age UK reflects our commitment to inclusion across all stages of life. By supporting initiatives that connect and assist older members of the community, we help address social isolation and promote continued participation and independence. All community activity is reviewed to ensure it delivers real benefit, aligns with local need and contributes meaningfully to wider social value outcomes.
